Alexander FOMENKO


Alexander Fomenko was born in 1957 in Donetsk. In 1981 he graduated the Moscow Conservatoire (class of professor E.Malinin) and then became a post-graduate student at the same one.


After Conservatoire - works in Sotchy/s Philharmonic Society as a solist, play with  chamber ensembles and  symphonic orchestras (conductors - Domarkas, Tchistyakov, Ziva, Mikhaylov, Lapinsh).In 1992 y.begins to teach the piano in the Moscow Conservatoire. As a member of jury participate in different music competitions, give the master-classes ( speaks English, French languages).


From student years performed in different concerts halls of Moscow such as the Big and Small halls of the Moscow Conservatoire, the Rakhmaninov Hall, the concert hall of the Gnesins Academy, the Central House of Writers, the Central Hall of Composers, the concert halls «Globus», the «Manezh» theatre of A.Vasiliev, in museums and embassies of Moscow. In 80-ty, 90-ty years gave concerts in France, Norway, Japan, Spain,  2005y.- in Taiwan.


In1983 - laureate title in the M.Longue - J.Thibault international competition in Paris .
In 2002 A.Fomenko was elected member of  Academy of Free Arts.
